About Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is also known as aquatic physiotherapy, and is the treatment of a wide range of conditions in a pool. Hydrotherapy is a very pleasant treatment as the warm water relaxes tight muscles. Treatment programs vary dependant on the condition but water will assist in movements and the weightlessness will decrease pain and stress on joints.
