Scientific follow up
Increase training intensity is not enough to win centimeter, second or simply win the competition. But identified the real possibility of progress (technical, physical, mental) and work smarter will improve the training. That’s why Rochester Wellness/ TEW Sport provides to athletes a scientific follow up and expertise to adapt training and provides an individual follow up to athlete from all around the world.
Evaluation
Muscular evaluation: To have a real muscular outline of the athlete and identify muscular quality and deficiencies to adapt physical training.
Energetic evaluation: The energetic capacity of athlete are evaluating with different equipment to give efficient and accurate results, to adjust in a second level, the exercise and training intensity. It’s a big advantage in physical training.
Technical evaluation: The technical qualities are appreciated via a video system. Using on sport ground we are able to analyze motion in real time.
Hydration and body composition: Proper hydration is helpful for achieving the best performance in elite athlete. Some studies released by the American College of Sport Medicine showed that 2% dehydration cause a 7% decrease in sprint time and a 6% decrease in shooting. A wrong hydration cause also acidity troubles (lactic acid, metabolic acid and respiratory acid). A high acidity level reduce ATP production and increase risk of muscle pain, injury and disease.
Nutrition advice: Science identified over 50 essential nutrients needed by the human body to perform at optimal levels.
Psychological evaluation: Special mental training and techniques can improve your results in sporting achievement, to ensure your success.
Training follow up
